I need some help, I started paying support Sept 2005, over 3 yrs ago. My daughter is 18 now and she was 15 when I started, and the court stated I need to pay for next the 3 yrs and then 2 yrs back pay. I moved the to another state in 2007 and then lost my job. Now its been over three years that I have been paying this outstanding amount for one kid and I am not making the same amount of money. What I need to know is do I need to go back to the original state to modify support or can I go through the state where I live now?
