| What is your experience with the Child Support system and what do you feel can be done to change it |
I am currently paying two child support cases, One here in Georgia, and one in Shreveport LA. I have been paying on the Georgia case for eight years and some change, The LA case for Three years + also. However when it come\'s down to a curtain percentage for me to pay, it is not set properly for me the non custodial parent, because neither state acknowledges the other. So LA takes a 3rd and Ga holds me to a set amount , set by a divorce decree,that could not come up for a review or adjustment for about two years. The bad part about it is that I have not made the type of money since the divorce. Now by the blessings of our heavenly father, the ex wife went on to have a very nice income yearly. Now needless to say. it has been a hard almost nine years. Now I love all my kid\'s no mater how old they are. So really all this has been successful in doing is creating a big debit for me, cause when it comes to being there for the birthdays christmas and such.I made the trip, and been catching up for a few years.So I think that each state should accept the fact that are other kids involved! And there should be a yearly case update to keep it far for both parents. And it should be a more in depth probe into how the kid\'s are really doing. And what if the Father can support the kid\'s better than the mother. I really knew along time ago, that the best time\'s that I would have with my kid\'s, would be after they get grown. Then I\'d know that the money that I give would go straight to them with out any other party getting a cut. It seems to me that the system is so geared to get dead beat dad\'s, that along the way it beat\'s some dad\'s dead ! (just one story from A Truhtfighter down with the movement of Justice . |

| I am a 43 year old Father of four, my first born is now almost 23 & is a mother herself. My second born is almost 16. third born is six, my youngest is five. I have had to live with the flaw's of child support for about nine years.So I know of a lot of the problems that can alter your life having to live with this system.I have long sense wanted to do my part to help others with this situation so they won't have to go thru what I went thru. I am stronger and more aware of the problems of child support. And I take on this problem whole heartedly because I am a Truth Fighter. Video's coming soon!
